I just finished Meet Me at Home and I am so glad. I was lucky to receive an advanced reader’s copy. It is a more than lovely and moving novel, so much more.
The grief of Kate over the sudden death of her husband is huge. She is floundering in it, unable to live life. Her pain is expertly expressed in her actions, her words, her expressions. Meeting Liam, also grieving the death of his wife, Kate’s true recovery begins along with Liam’s. The rocky road of their journey is fraught with pull me-push you as the time passes.
I found myself being pulled further and further into the story wishing, wanting, hoping. This is a novel you do not want to miss.
