Jaxon and Bea were grade school friends until his grandmother moved him away after his family was killed in a car accident. Later, she returned to Wirralong and is suffering from Alzheimer's. He is back in Wirralong to care for her as is Bea for her grandmother. Love begins to stir for them but the mystery of why their grandmothers immensely dislike each other is keeping them wary.
