Searching for the origins of an heirloom engagement ring causes Shea to travel to Europe to hunt down the original owners. Driven by superstition, she leaves behind her fiance in her desperate pursuit and gambles on her engagement. The journey leads her to analyze her inner feelings about love, marriage, and forevers. A wonderful novel.
