This is such a delightful story of learning to trust and to
love. Posey Davies has her defenses sky high to protect her two year old Trixie
and herself from an abusive ex-husband. She settles 2,000 miles away from him
to start a new life hopefully free of his manipulations. Zack McGregor, the man
on the next over ranch is struggling with his brothers to raise their orphaned
niece and nephews. Posey’s daughter, Trixie, offers a playmate for Lydia.
Time can heal many wounds and trust can be built. Time is on
Zack’s side as he woos (yes, woos!) Posey, gently, determinedly, and carefully.
