Blink Twice if You Love Me by Laurie Beach

The stories set in Crickley Creek continue with another wonderful story. It is a tale of pain, loss, and love. The troubled characters are touched by life experiences and the ever present town gossip. A young woman constantly striving to rise above her family’s sorry reputation is struck time over time by gossip. Her ex-boyfriend plagues her to no end. A former armed forces man finds Crickley Creek to offer the peace he seeks along with someone to look out for and love. It is a beautiful, yet at times hard, story.

The Great Montana Cowboy Auction by Anne McAllister

I found so much to love about this novel. The characters are full of life and all the emotions it contains. Mothers and daughters, cowboys and a movie star fill the pages with their doubts, insecurities, fears, and love.

The Springs by Anne Britting Oleson

Such a beautiful novel full of emotion and written so lovingly as to bring tears to your eyes and sighs to your heart. The characters are filled with overbearing grief, needing each other but in denial to how the pain could be drawn out and how they would be able to see the light of day. I have not read anything from this author before and will be adding her to my favorites list.

Get A Room by Casey Dembowski

Cute enemies to lovers novel wrapped in a never my brother ribbon. Jess has an apartment with two bedrooms. Her brother, Brian, needs one. He barely moves in when her best friend, Sarah, wants her room back. At first, testy sparks fly all over for Sarah and Brian over occupancy of the room. A fake boyfriend date changes the dynamic for them. The problem is Jess is not to know about them.

The Lonely Hearts Beach Club by Amy Miller

Olivia’s heart breaks seeing her widowed mother remove herself from life after her beloved husband dies in an accident. Determined to bring the light back to her mother’s eyes, Olivia devises a meet and chat on the beach for her. All the while. Olivia is harboring a deep fear that her long gone ex, Oscar. is returning. This will upend her relationship with their daughter. A heartfelt story of mothers and daughters filled with love at every turn.

Us Two by Janet Hoggarth

This is another stirring and touching story by Jenny Hoggarth. Within the pages is a story of loss-of a loved one and of a friend-which greatly impacted the life of a woman at odds. Guided by letters left to her by her high school teacher turned psychic, Florence embarks (reluctantly) on a treasure hunt that returns her life back to her.

The Space Between by Sarah Ready

The love between Andi and Jace began when they were seventeen. He was a boy from a hard life of grief and poverty. The music of his family was his saving grace. She was a girl of riches, a driven father, and absence of love. They love and live and are broken apart.

A beautiful story of true love over the years of togetherness and of separation and hurt, a never ending and enduring love.
